Perry Harlow

As Member and Events Manager, Perry Harlow provides logistics expertise and management assistance for clients in-person and virtual fly-ins, annual meetings, and receptions. Harlow comes to MTA from National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) Foundation. An Illinois native, Harlow has also served in internship roles with U.S. Senator Tammy Duckworth, Illinois State Representative Dan Brady and the National Association of Agricultural Educators.

Harlow has both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Agricultural Education from Illinois State University and remains active in the Alumni association.
